Pre & Post Sales Advice

As we hold almost all of the items we sell on the site in stock, we know about them too! We will answer any questions you have about the products, both before you make your purchase and afterwards.

Delivery

All orders are normally dispatched within 48hrs of order confirmation. You will be shown a list of available delivery options and prices during the checkout process. Upon your order being dispatched you will then be emailed so you are aware that your goods are on their way:

If you have any suggestions or would like to see JBW stocking a particular product then please do not hesitate to email us, and we will be happy to look into your requests. From to time some popular products maybe out of stock these can be pre-ordered, please follow instructions when prompted on these products.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren't as expected.

Goods which are purchased online which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchanged if we are notified within 14 days of receiving your goods (cooling off period), you then have 14 days to return the goods back to ourselves. Subject to the following conditions:

We will accept any product back for a full refund if you change your mind within seven days from the day after delivery is made. Goods should be with their original packaging and in a similar condition to as they were received. Of course, if the product is faulty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out or a full refund to be issued.

As with delivery, we like to get issues resolved quickly, so you can be confident we'll be on the case as soon as you get in touch.
